- Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications.
- Identifies document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
- Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs quality checks.
- Delivers or releases customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintains delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
- Supports identifying document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
- Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs routine quality checks.
- Completes simple release of customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements.
- Files delivery records and administers customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
- Associates' degree plus 1 or more years' experience.
- Experience with Technical orders is required.
- XPP is required.
- Arbor Text Editor is required.
- Knowledge of company processes a plus.
- Technical publishing experience is preferred.
- XML and ACM.
