    We're seeking a Lead Engineer to help lead the charge on building a best-in-class guest-facing product experience, from menu personalization to an M/L based cook-time predictor to our self-service Kiosk ordering.

    You will be a steward of our product sprints, lead architectural initiatives, and rapidly iterate on products while balancing for future scale and code quality.

    This role is based in San Francisco, with 3-days in our sunny Mission District office.
    5+ years building scalable engineering solutions across the stack.
    ~Production-level experience with Django and React.
    ~ Ability to lead complex projects from the ground up, including design, architecture, implementation, and continuous iteration.
    ~ Strong understanding of fundamentals of relational data modeling and design.
    ~ Believer in automated testing, continuous integration, high code quality.
    ~ Passionate about best practices and processes for high-performance teams.

    ~ Bonus:
    DevOps/CI/CD experience.
