Mercy High School is a Catholic, all-girls high school rooted in the charism of the Sisters of Mercy.

We seek a Business & Technology Teacher who is passionate about empowering young women through innovative instruction, ethical leadership, and real-world application of business and technology skills—always grounded in Gospel values and Catholic social teaching.
Position OverviewThe Business & Technology Teacher plays a vital role in forming students academically, spiritually, and ethically.
This educator designs and delivers engaging coursework in business, entrepreneurship, and technology while helping students understand how innovation, financial literacy, and digital tools can be used responsibly to promote the common good.
Responsibilities- Teach courses such as Business Foundations, Personal Finance, Digital Design Foundations,
- Design learning experiences that integrate real-world problem solving, project-based learning,
- Encourage ethical decision-making, leadership, and social responsibility in business and
- Foster an inclusive, faith-filled classroom environment that affirms the dignity, voice, and potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum with school-wide goals, Mercy values, and
- Actively support and model the mission of Mercy High School through participation in liturgies,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification).
- Experience teaching high school students preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to teach and mentor young women.
- Commitment to Catholic education and the holistic formation of mind, body, and spirit.
- Comfort using educational technology, digital tools, and emerging trends to enhance learning.
- Willingness to grow professionally and collaborate in a mission-driven school community.
