As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will oversee the preparation, review, and approval of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your role focuses on maintaining compliance and facilitating efficient asset approval processes.


Type:

Contract, 6 months+Hours per week: 40 hoursLocation: North Chicago, IL - 100% onsiteDay in the Life:Prepare and route marketing materials for approval in the content management system.

Review and approve product labeling documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and regulatory teams.
Facilitate consensus and gain alignment on marketing assets.
Manage cross-functional collaboration via email and content management systems.


Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare or life science industry.
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare/FDA.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
