As the Family Specialist, your goal is to preserve the family unit by providing supportive casework counseling in the home and empower parents with tools and resources to ensure children's safety, well-being and permanency while providing advocacy to ensure quality services.
***Job Responsibilities***
Conducts assessment of familys strengths and needs; assesses problem areas and utilizes various treatment modalities and resources to effect growth and change.
Participates in development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of comprehensive treatment and discharge plan. Develops alternative placement or permanency resources for youth that may not return to their families. Completes a comprehensive discharge summary at least eight weeks prior to discharge.
Delivers effective case management services, including ensuring counseling sessions are scheduled as needed and children receive required medical and dental examinations. Tracks and monitors services provided, completes all documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner. Ensures compliance with confidentiality standards, parental consent and necessary release of information.
Conducts casework contacts with families, as needed but at least twice a month, in their homes and community settings to focus on treatment goals. Engages youth and family by developing effective and caring relationship. Ensures children are maintained in safe, secure environments. Develops and maintains relationships with community schools to ensure the best educational experience for each child and with community resource agencies.
Documenting casework contacts in EVOLV for assigned cases within required time frame;
Completing service plans, comprehensive treatment reviews, individual treatment reviews and Comprehensive assessments when due for assigned cases

Bachelors degree in social work or related field required; Masters degree preferred
1 to 3 years of experience working with children and families

Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population

**BUYER/PLANNER, FLIGHT FACTORY
Location: Arvada, CO**
The SAS Flight Factory is an elite team providing precision manufacturing in aerospace for mission-critical programs. As a Buyer/Planner on this team, you will be in a critical role working on the procurement needs, production planning, inventory, and production control for our state-of-the-art production facility.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a range of materials, parts, services, and supplies necessary for the operation of the factory. You will review requirements for purchasing critical materials as well as monitor production and orders to ensure schedules are met. You will also work closely with production control to manage production planning, expediting, shipping/receiving, and reporting.
This is a role for a skilled Buyer/Planner who thrives in a team-based environment, where detail orientation, productivity, and drive to quality and safety are rewarded. The ability to collaborate with the team to drive results and analyze statistical data to guide decisions will be key.
**How You Will Be Rewarded**
The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000. The specific place in the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidates work experience, education/training, and related skills.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to have the following:
**Experience:**
Understanding of government supplier qualifications and regulations including DFAR and AS9100
2+ years of related experience
Proven track record of producing compliant purchasing packages
Experience with the processes associated with machined and fabricated parts preferred
Experience working with engineers on technical requirements
**Education:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
**Skills:**
Ability to work with raw material specifications and understand mechanical properties/requirements
Ability to read and understand the basics of Build to Print mechanical drawings Excellent scheduling and time management skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Professional Supply Chain Certification
Experience supporting DOD contracts
