    About the Role

    Optimized Technical Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support and helpdesk services, assisting users with technical issues and inquiries.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and customer service, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are also essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in IT support and customer service
    • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
