- Set up, operate and troubleshoot a variety of machines and/or equipment (Network equipment, POS equipment, routers/switches, etc..) on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in field tech support
- Good customer service skills.
- Printer repair experience is a plus
- CompTIA / network certifications are a plus
