- Manage SCCM automated software delivery and desktop images
- Deploy Windows and software to endpoint devices
- Document infrastructure and SCCM changes
- Monitor and maintain servers, apply patches, and ensure backups
- Troubleshoot client workstation issues
- Collaborate with teams to enhance support processes
- Ensure endpoint device compliance and improve non-compliant devices
- Support Windows Autopilot and Intune configurations
- Develop scripts for automation and security baselines
- Create reports on device compliance and patch management
- 5+ years with SCCM and end-user support
- Experience in governance, security, and risk management
- Lean and agile approach to endpoint management
- Knowledge of Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Active Directory
- BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent experience
- $125,000 - $165,000 per year in WA
