Support a unified budgeting and forecasting process for the US business, including clear internal communication of financial goals for all lines of the P&L.

Help coordinate with global functional partners to align on targets and assumptions. Assesses reasonableness of plan assumptions to ensure viability of overall financial plan.

Perform data and trend analysis to lead on-going identification of risk and opportunity to the Companys financial plan, and support business leaders in determining suitable options and recommending appropriate courses of actionDevelop and run financial models in support of achieving plan.

Communicate risk and opportunity profile to senior stakeholders and other functionsAssesses financial impact of action plans based on identified risks and opportunities to ensure delivery of financial targetsAssist in the development and preparation of standardized reporting packages and presentations that are shared across the businessPerform mix analysis and provide insights on volume, price and mix (market/brand/size) variancePrepare summary reports highlighting variances and performance drivers between updated forecasts and budget, prior year and previous forecastsBuilds and fosters business partnering relationships cross-functionally to drive financial performanceAssist in education of commercial organization on BUSA financials, including understanding key drivers of financial performanceSupport ad hoc projects, analysis and other duties as required.
