Are you experienced in the pre-construction sector? Do you understand in feel comfortable in the estimation and sales process? Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a local Sauk Rapids, MN company as they expand the team by adding a Pre-Construction Manager.

This role will have local travel, offer room for growth and a health salary plus bonus. The ability to read, interpret and understand construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Work with Architects, Owners, Inspectors and Subcontractors as required to meet specifications, code requirements and customer needs. Attend site inspection meetings as required.
Prepare job schedules prior to start of each project to complete the job on time and to specification.
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Manage, plan, coordinate, and control all assigned projects within budget.
Complete all project documents and reports in an accurate, complete, and professional manner.
Direct and supervise activities of each project to achieve performance for quantity and quality of work. This includes on-site training, scheduling, establishing goals and standards.

Promote the company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as they relate to customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public.

A minimum of three years' experience as an Estimator or Project Manager.

Education:
High School education with trade or college construction management schooling.
College degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
Knowledge of fabrication and installation of structures to have a good understanding of customer needs and structure capabilities.
Be proficient in business software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook ect.)
