- Manage multi-line phone systems answer inquiries promptly routing calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming outgoing correspondence including emails mail packages with accuracy confidentiality Maintain organized filing systems both physical digital ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace accuracy timeliness Assist appointment scheduling calendar management reminder notifications staff or client Support bookkeeping activities QuickBooks similar accounting software needed Provide clerical support proofreading documents preparing reports managing office supplies inventory Coordinate office management activities optimize workflow enhance overall efficiency Offer customer support addressing client needs professionally courteously person over the phone
