Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint
Developer/Solutions
Analyst to manage and execute systems engineering-based solutions on multiple projects.
Note :
This role is contingent upon proposal award and slated to begin in approximately June of 2024
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
Perform maintenance and administration of the database, including responding to submission made through the FFRDC PMO SharePoint Change Request system.
Provide real-time troubleshooting to the PMO federal staff and support team as needed to quickly resolve issues and/or fill-in user knowledge gaps.
Work collaboratively with S&T and Departments SharePoint teams and SharePoint Centers of Excellence.Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
Extensive knowledge of working within SharePoint.
Recent demonstrated experience managing and executing systems or requirements analysis, design, or programming.
Extensive knowledge in managing large relational databases, data management, knowledge management and report development.
Demonstrated experience leading the development of software solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Experience in defining problems and identifying requirements.
Proficiency in studying information needs and systems flow.
Proven ability to develop and review proposed solutions for software projects.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating problem areas and proposing solutions.
Ability to assess operational feasibility through rigorous analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Active Secret Clearance
DHS/S&T experience.
Experience working with PMO staff.
Ability to manipulate raw data to develop analytical charts and graphics.
Experience with database
maintenance/administration.
Proficiency in refining and analyzing both frontend and backend requirements according to DHS policy.
Experience working with federal staff to access SharePoint solutions and customize them for all needs.
Experience in improving information management processes, including collecting, tracking, organizing, tagging, and surfacing of information.
Experience utilizing graphic design to create or modify custom graphics for sites to optimize user engagement and information dissemination.
Collaboration skills to work with PMO, S&T, and other Department resources to enhance information sharing.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience serving as a senior member of a software development team and possess an expert understanding of software architecture.
Travel Requirement
:
Quarterly CONUS and OCONUS travel anticipated. Local travel is also anticipated to support this task order and is defined in accordance with federal travel regulations.
Representative destinations include FFRDC PMO conferences, workshops, off-site meetings, speaking engagements, and travel to other research facilities.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
