    Description

    Labcorp is seeking a Computer System Specialist to join the team full time. This person will work with Labcorp clients. Some of the assistance will include troubleshooting equipment, installing printers, monitors, etc. A majority of time will be spent training and supporting users on a website critical to ordering labs, receiving results, ordering supplies, scheduling specimen pickups, and more. This person will be highly visible as they will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Come join an organization that is making a difference in people's lives.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • The main duty of this position is to train, troubleshoot and support the LC Link website for LC customers and IOPs- this includes professional communication by phone ,e-mail and in person with clients and sales.
    • Maintaining equipment inventory, computerized databases, calendars, ticketing systems and training logs.
    • Troubleshooting skills with PCs, laser and label printers, monitors and other computer equipment is required.
    • Helpdesk support and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to learn different computer systems, databases, software and programs.
    • Additional IT duties, projects and assignments may be added.

    Requirements:

    • Tier 1 level helpdesk experience
    • Experience creating logins for websites
    • Basic IT skills
    • A+ certification is preferred
    • Degree is preferred
    • Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish)

    Pay Range: $ $30.00 Hourly

Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
