    Description

    A cutting-edge Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a driven, collaborative, and energetic Associate Counsel. In this role you will have the opportunity to support and advise on a range of commercial activities while ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations.     The Associate Counsel will be responsible for:

    • Advise on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for the assigned products in the company's pipeline.
    • Have extensive knowledge and experience maintaining compliance with pharma laws, including FDA regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute, PhRMA Code, and other related laws and regulations.
    • Engaging with related teams and partners within the organization to effectively manage business and legal matters and risks.
    • Supporting products while advising on promotional and non-promotional activities across the organization.

    The Associate Counsel should have the following qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years of experience.
    • A member and in good standing of any state bar.
    • Significant FDA regulatory and product management experience.
    • In depth experience advising on Healthcare Laws and Regulations within the life sciences industry.
