ROLEAt RTS, we understand that the key to success is a strong foundation. Our Quote Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of customer quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

He or she will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of customer quotes, as well as following up with customers.

This position will require regular interaction with cross functional teams, so the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.

ResponsibilitiesReview customer specifications and requirements to generate accurate quotesUtilize cost models and historical data to assist in developing pricing strategiesPrepare and present quotes to customers, providing clear and concise explanations of pricingManage the quote process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are metMaintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered, and pricingResolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerUpdate and maintain quote records in company databaseGenerate reports on quote activity as requested by your managerParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesAdhere to all company policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service at all timeEducation and Experience 3+ years' experience in an admin or support role or higherAssociate's Degree or higher a plus5 years' experience can be used in lieu of a DegreeThorough knowledge of MS Office productsTechnical aptitude preferredKey Competencies Planning and organizingPrevious SAP or ERP experience a plusComputer competencyAttention to detailProblem-solving and TeamworkCustomer service orientationCommunication skillsCompensation The base pay range for this position is Min $50,000

• Max $60,000The pay range shown is based on the job posting's primary location.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
