The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in every aspect of our financial operations and develop and own our long-term financial models, which are crucial for informing operational and strategic decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build new analyses, models, and reports that provide actionable data, such as financial forecasts and budget analyses, to leadership. Strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential for success in this role. Given our startup status, the candidate will also be instrumental in establishing various financial processes and reporting systems from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and enhance long-term forecasting models to support expansion, operational strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand the key drivers of various aspects of the business.
• Assist with capital planning, cash management, and other ad-hoc analyses.
• Manage the vendor contract and invoice database to ensure accuracy and validity, and work alongside business units for necessary updates.
• Frequently interface with senior management as well as other departments.
• Demonstrate versatility and adaptability in meeting diverse business needs.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field is required.
• Organized and able to efficiently prioritize, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment; ability to meet tight deadlines is essential.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint required; experience in SQL and Looker is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
