Dietary Supervisor Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 Per Hour based on experience.

Dietary Supervisor Shifts: 11:30 AM -8:30 PM Monday thru Friday with Alternating Weekends and Holidays

Genesee Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking experienced DietarySupervisor for a long-term care facility in Batavia, NY area. This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities

· Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.

· Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

· Ensured meal service times are on schedule.

· Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Requirements:

· Prior Supervisor experience.

· Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

· Must be able to work as a team member.
