    Sales Representative
    MedPro Disposal is looking for part-time Sales Representatives with experience generating sales by building relationships and trust via inbound calls. If you are goal-oriented and comfortable working in our office over the phone, Zoom and/or via email and are ready to be a part of a high-growth, rapidly expanding company with unlimited growth for motivated individuals, then please apply

    Shifts available: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm; 9:00 am - 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm; hours per week

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategic sales approach to increase customer base, market share, and profit margins
    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the customer base
    • Analyze data and customer trends to identify current and potential customers
    • Make frequent sales calls to existing and prospective customers to present our products and services
    • Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
    • Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective customers
    • Document all customer activities utilizing our internal CRM system
    • Utilize of sales and marketing techniques to build and grow relationships within assigned territory

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
    • Ability to learn new products and services quickly
    • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other related software
    • Experience in an EOS shop a plus
