The Indianapolis Colts are seeking high-potential candidates for entry-level roles in football operations or coaching staff. The Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football Program aims to foster and expand inclusion initiatives.
Fellowship Objectives
In addition to embodying the team's core values, Fellows must possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, XOS DV Sport systems (e.g., PlayerLync), Telemetry systems (e.g., Teamworks). Preferred qualifications include prior experience in football operations or coaching.
