    Job Title: Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator

    Summary:

    The Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that performance management and quality improvement initiatives are developed and managed using a data-driven focus, aligned with the organization's strategic plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develops and executes statistical reports to submit performance management data to major funders, utilizing data to inform JFS' PQI report and annual reports.
    • Assists in designing performance and quality training for performance management and quality improvement capacity building across four major program contracts.
    • Analyzes, monitors, and reports on the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and results on an ongoing basis.
    • Creates and runs custom reports in response to requests from funders, the community, or internal performance management needs from JFS staff.
    • Participates actively in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Committee.
    • Supports managers in developing, implementing, and applying evaluation measures for all programs and client outputs and outcomes, assisting with tabulation of results and communication to leadership, as well as development of recommendations and improvement plans.
    • Provides overall administration of the ETO database, including system operation and maintenance, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, enhancement, and staff training.
    • Serves as a Certified Site Administrator for ETO and participates in ETO User Group Meetings.
    • Creates and maintains reports that facilitate compliance with Children's Service Funds (CSF) contract requirements, coordinates CSF requests for quality data, and represents JFS at CSF meetings regarding performance management.
    • Assists in creating and maintaining a reporting system that tracks productivity for relevant staff.
    • Facilitates and maintains compliance with program contacts.
    • Cordinates JFS compliance with COA.
    • Supervises clerical support staff, as appropriate.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • May assist in planning staff training and in-service trainings.
    • Demonstrates teamwork in delivery of care management services.
    • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
    • Complies with all company policies and standards.

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field.

    Work Experience:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and 5 years of supervisory experience.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and system thinking skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload using project management skills.
    • Knowledge of JFS services, best practice standards, evidence-based treatment methods, and outcome measurement.
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to use standard office equipment, computers, and related software applications.

    Physical Demands:
