Job summary

The Compensation Manager is responsible for administering the Compensation component of Total Rewards. This role manages the adhereance to the organization's compensation philosophy and administration of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
This role plans, develops, and implement compensation programs and policies that are internally equitable, externally competitive, and legally compliant.
Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit, survey participation, benchmarking process,
and data analysis. Continually assess market conditions and pay practices to ensure
the competitiveness of compensation plans and programs. Collaborate with leaders across functional areas on shared initiatives.
