    You are responsible for delivering successful outcomes while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

    A project manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, leading teams of construction professionals, communicating with clients, allocating resources efficiently, managing risks, ensuring quality control, administering contracts, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

    You will bring a combination of leadership, communication, project management, and technical skills to successfully deliver construction projects within industry standards.

    You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that their expectations are met.


    What it takes to succeed:


    Here is what it takes All you need is 3 years of experience in commercial construction with management (more is always BETTER) You will need a strong work ethic, the ability to handle pressure and meeting deadlines.

    Having knowledge and understanding of commercial construction, terminology, time management and logical decision making.
