The Greenville Machine Operator is a skilled role that involves the manufacturing of complex engine components, working with exotic aerospace alloys on some of the latest CNC machine tools in a clean, air-conditioned facility.Successful candidates will participate in a self-directed team environment to identify and implement process improvement opportunities resulting in improved quality and product flow.
- Perform set-ups, tool changes, offsets, and run production on various CNC and non-CNC machines
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to include reduction of setup times and improvements in quality and throughput utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Must perform precision work to exacting tolerances
