- Act as the primary commercial contact for all client needs.
- Generate Open Order Reports and conduct regular customer meetings to address any outstanding matters.
- Lead reordering processes for clients.
- Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Support the R&D Lead with New Product Development requests.
- Maintain essential data in the ERP system.
- Coordinate artwork approvals with clients and suppliers.
- Verify accuracy of production information provided by customers.
- Collaborate across departments as necessary.
- Participate in both internal and external meetings when required.
- Regularly update the R&D Lead on project statuses and escalate issues as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols related to Production and Laboratory areas.
- Show enthusiasm for the Tri-Pac work environment.
- Generate Customer-Supplied Inventory Reports.
- Process customer Purchase Orders accurately.
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess excellent computer and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to work, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing customer needs.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
