: : Customer Service Representative Location: Gainesville, GA

Salary: $20-$25/hr

Post Date: October 8, 2021

This is an entry level position that requires high standards, excellent communication skills, initiative (self starter), and the ability to prioritize daily tasks in a fast paced environment. It also requires a strong ability to take charge in order to meet tight deadlines to satisfy customer requirements. The position is based out of our Gainesville, Georgia facility and will require travel to our other locations as needed in order to provide additional support or fill in for personnel that may be out of the office for more than a few days. A typical travel schedule includes 1-2 weeks of travel several times per year. Our remote offices are located in Winston-Salem, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Reno, NV; and Kent, WA. Travel expenses and per diem are paid by the company.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

Order Entry

Generate quotes

Provide order status, tracking, and expediting

Vendor interface requesting quotes and lead times

Sales Support

Warehouse operations (includes forklift operation)

Booking shipments and preparing packages for shipment

Book export shipments

Shipping and receiving in remote offices

Support of shipping and receiving

Warranty support

**Primary Requirements:**

Ability to become knowledgeable in our products and how they function

Interface with all departments in order to meet customer needs

Good verbal and written communication skills for interoffice communication and customer interaction

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Must be well organized

**Additional Requirements**

*For occasional assistance with shipping and order fulfilment:*

Able to lift 70 lbs

Able to work on your feet 8-10 hours a day

Using hand tools including impact wrenches, torque wrenches

Forklift and crane operation

**Experience Required/(Preferred)**:

3 years of experience (preferred)

Education required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

License or certification required: Valid Drivers License

**Training**

Training will be provided in Gainesville, GA at our Chicopee Plant. We will train you to the standard required and ensure you are prepared to provide our customers with world class customer service
