Our client is hiring a senior Analyst or Associate with 1-2 years of experience.

Firm
Our client is a Real Estate Investment and Asset Management firm that focuses on Real Estate debt. They have approximately $1.7BB of AUM in Real Estate debt via both a Fund and Institutional Separate Accounts. In addition, they own a portfolio of multifamily and office assets.

This firm maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and looks to add talented team members who have sincere interest in real estate that thrive in both independent and team-based environments.

Position

The position's primary responsibility is to be a meaningful contributor to the Real Estate Debt Investment team by assisting in underwriting, performing due diligence, development of investment/credit memos, traveling on site visits, closing loans as well as assisting in special projects to identify market opportunities.

Underwrite New Investment Opportunities
Create dynamic cash flows for all asset types
Effectively operate both equity and debt valuation models
Perform market and asset level due diligence including site visits
Assist in closing loans/investments
Work on investor presentations
Track performance of investments

Qualifications

1-2 Years of Relevant Experience in Underwriting and Closing Real Estate Transactions
Graduate of a top Undergraduate School
Genuine Interest in Real Estate
General comprehension of Real Estate and Real Estate Capital markets
Self Motivated
Engaging personality
Independent and Curious Thinker
Ability to work in teams to accomplish a common goal
