• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Ohio driver's license with 4point of less and/or minimum of 3 years driving experience with no "DUI" convictions on record. The points will not be for speeding over 80 mph or 20 mph over the speed limit.
• Has a driving record with no "DUI" convictions on record.
• Meet all qualifications of the Company Insurance carrier to operate Company vehicles.
• Ability to work congenially with others and be courteous.
• Alertness in recognizing problems needing attention.
• The ability to make sound decisions to protect the health and safety of all passengers.
• A neat and professional appearance.
• Responsible, honest, trustworthy.
• Willingness to learn.
• Willingness to comfortably engage with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health and physical handicaps.
• Ability to assist in the evacuation of individuals from the vehicle as appropriate.
• Knowledge of driving laws and how to safely transport individuals in wheelchairs using tie downs and other mobility and medical equipment.
• Ability to treat individuals with developmental disabilities with human dignity.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, days and geographic locations.
• Ability to drive in unfamiliar geographic areas.
• Punctual.
• Organizational skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible job schedule.
• Complete required documents.

• Physically capable of sitting, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling, transporting and fine hand coordination.
• Physical health status to safely transport individuals in various types of weather conditions and lighting.
• Ability to make independent decisions to ensure the health and safety of all passengers.

• Ability to understand,read,and write in English.
