    RX2 Solutions is seeking a B2B Business Development Professional to join our growing internal team and proactively increase sales. While we may give you some accounts after you've proven yourself, this should be considered a 100% hunter role to start.

    The ideal candidate is highly motivated, hard-working, resilient, coachable, ethical, and embodies our Respectfully Professional culture. Experience in the staffing industry is a plus. If you don't have staffing experience, must have a demonstrated track record of success with multi-channel proactive B2B sales. While we are motivated to win and work hard, we work as a team and those who are cut-throat will not be a cultural fit for our team.

    What's expected of you:
    • Initially, this is a 100% hunter role. As you bring in accounts, you will be performing the account management on them but at the beginning your entire job will be to bring in new business.
    • Work through the pre-determined list of companies that buy performing cold outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn and SMS to foster relationships with prospects and bring in new business.
    • Research additional prospect companies and formulate a strategy to develop relationships within them.
    • Conduct new client meetings both in person and via Zoom Video.
    • Work with your manager to improve and pivot your strategy as needed.
    • Perform diligent follow up and remain highly organized.
    • Follow our processes when it comes to sales strategy and back-office work.
    • Work as part of a team to communicate what clients are looking for and any changes they have told us about their roles.
    • Promptly reply to all clients and prospects through professional communication.
    What you should have coming in the door on day 1:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Located in the Philadelphia Area
    • Must have a proven track record of results with proactive B2B sales that's clearly demonstrated on your resume. If you have staffing sales experience, it's a plus.
    • Be coachable and willing to learn. We can teach anyone to be successful who is willing and motivated.
    • Have an outgoing and friendly personality with a strong phone and in-person presence.
    • Possess a motivated, determined, and business-orientated mindset.
    • Must have the ability to think on your feet quickly to come up with solutions for customers and rebuttals for prospects.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Must have at least a basic understanding of technology/computers with the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
