    Title: Manufacturing Engineer I

    Location: Temecula, CA

    Duration: Temporary Position


    Comments:
    We are seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with the following expertise:

    • Experience in manufacturing medical devices including equipment & process qualification
    • Conducting process validation activities
    • Handling change orders effectively
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
    • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
    • Proficient in project planning & management
    • Strong communication skills. Local candidates are preferred.

    Detailed Description:

    • Utilize technical skills and business acumen to lead technical manufacturing tasks efficiently within the company's operations.
    • Take charge of complex manufacturing engineering duties, providing direction and assuming responsibility for tasks with multiple coordinating elements.
    • Anticipate and identify critical issues, offering innovative solutions where no precedent exists, and creative thinking is necessary.
    • Apply new methods and approaches to resolve issues, considering the impact on other system components.
    • Engage with peers and mentors for peer review of project approaches and verification/validation activities.
    • Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering, with relevant training and 0-3 years of experience.
