We are currently searching for a skilled and friendly individual to fill a temporary position as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.

Your primary duties will involve promptly responding to customer requests and concerns, creating and managing Excel spreadsheets to track customer data, utilizing pivot tables to analyze large datasets, and providing exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism and patience.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, is essential. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is highly desirable.
