    Nurse Manager RN - Emergency Department (ED)

    Sign-on bonus: Emergency Department


    • Schedule: Full-time 1.Weekends and on-call as needed; Responsible for 24/7 Operations

    • Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s).
    • Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health
    services in the unit(s).

    • Develop and maintain quality monitoring systems for the assigned unit(s).
    • Conduct hiring, training, directing, counseling, development and evaluating of staff.

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
