    Description
    Above It All is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for our Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program to become a part of our team The Rehabilitation Specialist will be a key contributor within our interdisciplinary team and incorporate knowledge of each client's conditions and needs to ensure appropriate, individualized and quality care delivery.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assess client's individual diagnostic, social and family needs to develop treatment plans; and write progress notes and discharge summaries.
    • Construct necessary recommendations for treatment modification or
      discharge.
    • Develop and maintain clinical records to ensure compliance with COMAR
      regulations.
    • Along with the Program Director, oversee rehabilitation coordinators by
      monitoring care and progress in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
    Qualifications:
    • Master's Level licensed mental health professional (LGSW, LGPC, LMSW, CPRP, LCSW-C, LCPC)
    • Minimum of 2 years direct care experience
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
