- Provide: coaching, development, leadership, training, and support for the installation crew
- Assign work schedules, work orders and oversee jobs
- Assess and troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Set install goals
- Follow up with homeowners post-installation, conduct walk-throughs and troubleshoot any installation problems
- Responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- Create and foster a culture of safety within the team
- Evaluate and identify any training deficiencies
- Provide various window installation, product knowledge and other carpentry expertise to the job site as needed
- Meet with Operations Manager and Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure great communication of assigned installers' performance and needs.
- Provide department support by attending company meetings, reading all relevant company updates and relaying the necessary information to the installation team
- Time will be divided between the office, warehouse and field

- 5+ years experience of replacement window installation
- 3-5 years of management experience
- 2-3 years of general carpentry experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Harness and R-Force experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to lead and discipline a diverse workforce
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and readable written documents, graphics, drawings, and messages
- Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes and accept process changes
- Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
- The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
- Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw)
- Hear audible warning signals
- Lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- May require dexterity to push, pull, climb, bend, twist, turn, reach, etc.
