The Senior Tax Manager will provide corporate tax planning and compliance services to our clients. This position requires in-depth knowledge of ASC 740, corporate tax, income tax, and tax accounting.

    THIS ROLE IS HYBRID IN PHILLYKey Responsibilities:

    Manage, review, and prepare corporate tax returns and related tax complianceDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsAssist clients with tax planning and strategyProvide tax research and analysis for clientsPerform income tax accrual and journal entry accountingManage the roll-out of new software packages to support the tax processReconcile tax balances and research discrepanciesQualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fieldMasters in Tax or CPA highly preferred5+ years of experience in corporate tax, including ASC 740 and income taxExperience with CorpTax, Onesource OIT, or GoSystem RS a plusStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsBenefitsSalary: $180K-$205K/yr DOEMedical/ Dental/ VisionShort & Longterm DisabilityFSAPTO/ Vacation401(k) w/ company contribututionEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Paid Parental LeaveWellness ProgramsEducation/ Certification AssistanceCommuter benefitsAND MOREApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
