    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
    • Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to students.
    • Collect and record data accurately on client progress and behavior.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development.
    • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards always.
