    This is a position for a Hardware Program Manager. You will be part of an engineering team working on next generation modules for vehicles. You will be responsible for coordinating technical cross-functional teams throughout the design and development life cycle.

    The successful candidate work closely with a design team to create schedules, develop new hardware, work with manufacturing partners to build and test prototypes, and report progress to executives.

    Develop and manage prototype allocations for the overall project team across hardware, software, etc. Manage logistics of prototype builds (material readiness, BOM reviews, Test Software, etc.).

    Manage BOM structure, part numbers, ECN's, and other Work closely with other teams such as Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing teams, and with external component suppliers Create and manage updates of the overall project schedules Generate status reports and present regular updates to senior leadership Drive Core Development Leads meetings, tracking progress and issues Facilitate project communication and issue resolution across executive and cross-functional teams Defect management and tracking, driving for root cause and resolution of manufacturing issues Must be willing to travel occasionally The minimum requirements we seek: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field/equivalent experience.

    5+ years of hands-on program management or electrical engineering team management experience in high density electronic device design Our preferred qualifications: Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field/equivalent experience.

    7+ years of hands-on program management or electrical engineering team management experience in high density electronic device design Experience launching electrical products in high volume factories.

    Experience working with and managing Contract Manufacturers Experience with Bill of Material management and supplier interface PMP Certification Experience in developing wireless electronic devices Experience in FCC & Other Agency Certifications Experience with requirements and defect management using JIRA What you will receive in return:
