- 10+ years' experience driving large-scale commercial growth programs.
- Proven track record of scaling a business and managing partner go-to-market models within the air movement ecosystem.
- 7+ years in partner channel sales and developing successful partnerships.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Experience in global commercial transactions and strategic thinking.
- Results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel.

Big Ass Fans - General Manager – Channel Partner
The Big Ass Fans General Manager for Channel Partners has the thrilling opportunity to lead the charge in the industrial & commercial fans market, transforming its potential in the lucrative $5 billion US air movement & heat products industry. In this role, you'll oversee a multimillion-dollar business focusing on the New Construction and US Export markets, steering a team to achieve growth and profitability targets within the segment. As the Segment GM, you'll be crafting a sales strategy aimed at significantly increasing BAF products' market share through strategic partnerships. This position entails owning the full P&L and defining the strategic direction for the business while providing guidance to the service groups supporting channel growth.
