    Job DescriptionThe HR/ Payroll & Benefits Administrator will play a role in supporting the provisions of Human Resources services, Health & Safety, programs, policies, and culture for Blue Giant to support our company practices and to ensure regulatory standards are met.


    Job Responsibilities:


    • Update and verify Synerion time and attendance hours weekly, balance for hourly payroll input.
    • Enter employee worked hours in ADP payroll system.
    • Liaise with payroll on employee date changes and impacts to payroll.
    • Support onboarding & Orientation processing of new hires and internal related paperwork.
    • Respond to employment data and benefits inquiries.
    • Manage phone calls and route them to the correct person.
    • Prepare Offer Letters
    • Engaging and collaborating with temp agencies to source candidates
    • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the employees/coordinating with Managers to schedule appointments.
    • Maintain company attendance & vacation records.
    • Compile and create reports as required and data audits.
    • Employee File maintenance. Provide continuous improvement of processes and standards that consistently deliver against company objectives.
    • Maintain confidential information by legal or ethical standards and professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records.
    • Manage risk exposure and maintain a strong control environment around Payroll management
    • Work closely with the HR Team to provide support on all human resources administration.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Health & Safety:



    • Work in compliance with the provisions of the OSHA, regulations and internal policies and procedures.
    • Ensure employees use or wear the Personal Protective Equipment required by Blue Giant
    • Reporting any risks or potential risks of violence or harassment encountered in the workplace immediately to supervisor.
    • Not removing or making ineffective any protective devise without providing and adequate temporary substitute. When work is completed, the original protective device must be replaced immediately.
    • Keep records of safety-related incidents and proposed corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety or employee issues.
