Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position including candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative componentsIdentify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization and identify future talent needs by proactively recruiting and sourcing; developing a talent poolDevelop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidatesIdentify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairsCollaborate with clinics and leadership to maintain an up-to-date listing of current openings and build relationshipsConduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruitsMaintain interview guides for each position to ensure hiring of most qualified individualsFollow up with candidates for selection or non-selection in a timely mannerQualification RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required, preferred BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant fieldTwo years prior recruitment/human resources experience requiredABA or behavioral health recruiting experience preferredHigh volume recruitment experience preferredProficient in the use of social media and job boards.
