**This Test Technician supporting 2nd shift operations in the TACAIR Microwave Factory will make impacts in the following ways;**

+ Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.

+ Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.

+ Assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU s.

_Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time._

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

High School Diploma and 1 year work experience.

Ability to work under microscope for extended periods of time

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $72490

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
