    Summary

    We are seeking an Office Manager. This role involves coordinating administrative duties and office procedures to ensure smooth workplace operations. Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors, billing, dispatching, customer service, and maintaining office equipment.
    The ideal candidate is highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to implement systems and procedures.

    We are a Concord-based legal support company with an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager position. The candidate must be familiar with the California rules of Court for filing and serving legal documents. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential.

    The applicant must:
    • Maintain confidentiality of clients and related documents.
    • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Be able to set priorities and handle multiple interruptions while working independently.
    • Have a firm understanding of principles and codes that support our services.
    • Be familiar with industry-standard computer programs.
    • Type 45+ words per minute.
    • Lift 25-35 pound boxes.

    Duties

    • Enter incoming assignments.
    • Manage local and in-state assignments.
    • Manage driver assignments.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a Legal Support Office or similar position.
    • Knowledge of how to file and serve legal documents.
    • Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
