Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager. This role involves coordinating administrative duties and office procedures to ensure smooth workplace operations. Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors, billing, dispatching, customer service, and maintaining office equipment.The ideal candidate is highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
We are a Concord-based legal support company with an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager position. The candidate must be familiar with the California rules of Court for filing and serving legal documents. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential.
