    Clearwater is seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Desktop, MDM Intune, Azure Backup, and PowerShell scripting. As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.

    SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Azure Infrastructure Management:
    • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Azure solutions that meet customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies and services.
    • Implement and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, MDM Intune solutions, and Azure Backup configurations.
    • Manage Azure services using PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
    Infrastructure Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor and optimize Azure resources to minimize costs while maximizing performance and efficiency.
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities using PowerShell scripts, ARM templates, or other cloud-based automation tools.
    • Maintain cloud network configurations and network diagrams.
    Security and Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the Azure environment.
    • Manage access control and identity management within Azure Active Directory.
    • Leverage knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to enhance cloud security.
    Technical Leadership:
    • Mentor and train junior team members on cloud-related technologies, Azure services, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and meet customer requirements.
    Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for Azure infrastructure.
    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    •At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure or Course Training.

    •Preferred, at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity.

    •One or more certifications in Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, GSEC, GCIH).

    •Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud infrastructure architecture.

    •Familiarity with networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.

    •Experience with virtual machines, storage, networking, security, and database services.

    •Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools.

    •Experience with Azure Defender Suite, Sentinel, Event Hub, and Intune.

    •Background with Active Directory Services, including DNS, DHCP, and DFS.

    •Demonstrated ability to maintain cloud network configurations and network diagrams.

    •Understanding of cost optimization within Azure.

    •Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

    •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.

    •Flexible schedule to accommodate client service hours.

    •Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Work Environment:
    • Currently, Clearwater is a "virtual" company, and all colleagues work remotely.
    • Travel is required, estimated at less than 10% of the time.
    • Colleagues are expected to provide their, printer/scanner, computer audio capability, cell phone, internet service, and Microsoft Office software.
