- Develop expertly crafted care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate closely with physicians to execute comprehensive speech therapy treatment plans.
- Empower pediatric and adult patients to achieve cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional milestones, fostering independence and well-being.
- Hold a current Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing.
- Preferably possess a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrate strong autonomy and effective time management skills.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Proficient in documentation, including electronic medical records, with a comprehensive understanding of home health agency regulations.
