    Dishwasher

    The Osthoff Resort is seeking a hardworking dishwasher to join our kitchen team Dishwashers help maintain cleanliness and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant by properly cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and supporting the AAA Four Diamond brand expectation.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand when necessary
    2. Maintain a clean and organized dish area
    3. Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
    4. Ensure all dishes are sanitized and stored properly
    5. Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed
    6. Follow health and safety regulations
    7. Assist in the checklists at the beginning/end of each shift with the team
      • Including polishing, cleaning, prepping
    8. Be willing to help fill in as needed to ensure guests' needs are being met
    9. Wear proper uniform during work hours
    10. All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with self-motivation
    • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
    • Must be able to have a positive attitude with the willingness to go above and beyond what is expected
    • Possess great time management skills
    • Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment
    • Ability to learn quickly and accurately
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
