Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Nocturnist NP will work with our physicians to provide comprehensive medical care to patients during nighttime hours, ensuring high-quality treatment and support in a hospital setting. This role is critical for maintaining continuity of care and managing patient needs effectively during the night shift.
7pm to 7 am schedule.
We have EPIC as our EHR.
Work alongside a physician, sharing patient load in floor calls and help with ER admissions as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Hospital Medicine, with experience working nights.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care during nighttime hours.
