Job summary
Nurse Manager Emergency Department assumes responsibility for overall patient care assessment planning implementation and evaluation.Develops long-term unit staffing schedules ensures adequate daily coverage in accordance with established staffing needs.
Oversees the daily workflow staffing orientation training and development of employees within the department.
Promote and support a collaborative team approach in providing care for all ED patients.
