- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements related to tool installs and infrastructure builds.
- Support the coordination and planning of project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Work with team to contribute to project progress, identification of potential risks, and implementation of mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are met.
- Experience installing new tools and working with OEMs and 3rd party contractors.
- Possess an understanding of the solar or semiconductor industry practices, technologies, and processes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance and support in the execution of semiconductor projects.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including construction/installation challenges, resource constraints, and schedule dependencies.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Proactively communicate potential risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 3 - 6 years of experience in a PMO within the the manufacturing, construction, solar or semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated experience related to project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to drive proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
