• Creative Solutions: Working with cutting-edge technologies in automation including robotics, AMR's, conveyors, and other systems to develop innovative custom automation solutions through research and conceptualization.
• Your creativity will be the driving force behind our innovations.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging directly with clients throughout the process, from understanding their requirements to presenting tailored proposals.
• Collaboration: Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and management teams to ensure solutions align seamlessly with customer needs.
• Presentations and Proposals: Creating and presenting concepts to clients, emphasizing the competitive advantages of your proposals.
• Supporting quoting teams by providing on-field insight and developing viable concepts and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on automation technology.
• An Associate's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the industry, with a track record of leading automation projects and applications.
• Knowledge of robotics and welding applications is advantageous.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Must have experience in quoting, sales, and customer interaction roles.
• A customer-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD: Ability to work with CAD software like Inventor or SolidWorks to develop mechanical designs.
• Simulation Skills: Preferred candidates will have prior experience in simulation using tools such as Solidworks, Motosim, RoboDK, or Roboguide.
