Job summary
This position is contingent upon a number of items including, but not limited to, security processing and position availability. Performs data entry. Provides direct support and service to the administration of the FBI Security Program to include logs audits analytical analysis inventory workflow tracking maintaining schedules and presentation briefs.Responsibilities
Conducts interprets database checks credit reports performs data entry provides direct support customer service logs audits analytical analysis inventory workflow tracking maintaining schedules presentation briefs works complex problems provides solutions advises supervisor potentially controversial matters or those with far-reaching implications initiates performs extensive FBI indices checks arrest record checks similar tasks obtain pertinent identifying information for cases assigned recommends need polygraph examinations interviews based upon analysis all available data composes appropriate communications pertinent FBI HQ Divisions FO initiate setting forth specific guidance follow regarding same summarizes all provided developed formal written analysis security concerns resolutions considering information developed establishes maintains liaison other FBI HQ Divisions DOJ agency officials members IC obtain develop resolve queries required coordinates works concert other components surface develop resolve issues encountered recommends new methods procedures passing affirming clearances SCI Regulations FIS EO DOJ Orders reviews analyzes requests investigations concerning clearances prepares detailed analysis information developed potential remedial precautionary action meet minimum security standards assists briefings debriefings individual cases necessary maintains electronic hardcopy logs scanning uploading documentation updates audits electronic workflow tracking programs provides customer service appointment scheduling uploads official documents defined system record management workflow systems files sub-files- Conducts interprets database checks credit reports.
