Your Role:
Supervise a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standard of care for clients.
Coordinate closely with clinical and program staff to integrate health services seamlessly.
Oversee the development and training of nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage patient care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet the complex needs of those we serve.
